Can I book The Cove Room itself?

Yes! The Cove Room can be booked on its own for hourly and all-day events. Pricing for booking The Cove Room is found HERE. Contact us for information if you'd like to book this space.

How do I reserve my date?

To reserve your date we require a non-refundable deposit of $500 and a signed contract. Once we have those, congrats, your date is reserved! If you would like to come see our space, contact us or schedule a tour.

When is final payment due for our booking?

Final payment is due one month before your scheduled event date, or upon booking if your event date is less than one month away. We will meet with you to go over your event and your plans, then everything is set.

Is alcohol allowed at the venue?

We do allow for alcohol services to be provided for a $300 fee. The alcohol service must be provided by the client and must be a professionally licensed and approved bartender or bartending service and must have required insurance certificates. We do reserve the right to dismiss the bartender and alcohol service at any time if we believe there are any risks. We also ask for a courtesy cut-off time at 9pm for serving alcohol to allow enough time for clean-up and closing of the venue by 10pm.

What do we clean-up after our event?

You will be responsible for removing all decor, food, and personal items you (and any of your vendors) brought to the venue. You will also be responsible for emptying all trash cans and putting the trash into the dumpsters on the property after your event. We will clean the floors, tables, chairs, prep area, and anything else that was used during the event that wasn't brought in by you or your vendors.

How many guests can The Haven accommodate?

The Main Event Space can host about 250 people comfortably with space for food tables, a reception line, and dancing while The Cove Room adds additional guest capacity. The maximum number of people is about 300 people at one time or a flowing reception of around 350 people.

Can we use our own vendors?

Absolutely! You can bring in your own vendors at no extra charge. If you are in need of suggestions regarding vendors, let us know and we'd love to share our preferred vendors with you. All vendors are responsible for cleaning up their services and must be gone no later than the contracted time of your event.
